With over a decade of hands-on experience in Uganda's tax and accountancy landscape, Sir Frank has built Frankmar Associates from the ground up — serving businesses ranging from ambitious startups to established organisations operating across East Africa and beyond.
His expertise spans the full arc of URA compliance, cross-border tax advisory, company registration, and financial consulting. Sir Frank has personally led engagements in Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, and Zambia, and managed remote advisory relationships with clients based in Western markets.
